Build capable bodies and the confidence to use them.
Better performance begins with better understanding.
Training should not be a random collection of exercises. Every athlete and every individual brings a different body, history, schedule, goal, and set of strengths into the room. The work starts by understanding those variables.
True Form Movement exists to give athletes and adults a positive, structured coaching experience, one that develops physical performance, strengthens self-belief, and teaches people how to train with intent for the long term.
Strength and conditioning, movement assessment, mobility, recovery, and evidence-informed coaching come together in one progressive system built around the person in front of us.

“Train hard without training carelessly.”
A coach shaped by competition, curiosity, and the belief that every athlete deserves to understand their body.
Maria is a strength and conditioning coach with a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and more than 10 years of coaching experience. Her work spans youth and recreational sport through high school, collegiate, professional, and Olympic-level environments.
Her own love of competition taught her how easily passion can become overuse when the body is asked to give more than it is prepared to handle. That experience drove her deeper into movement, mobility, recovery, and performance education and now shapes the guidance she gives every client.
Her style is even-keeled but adaptable. Some moments call for intensity and high standards; others call for patience, communication, and support. Strong coaching relationships require both.
